Short answer, Yes. Right answer - you're not meant to. Most airlines ban this. But many activists and public figures are calling on bus, airline, and train companies to consider allowing passengers to use e-cigarettes to improve public health.
Vaping is less harmful than conventional smoking and the two should not be treated as the same, according to a report by the Science and Technology Committee (STC).
Again, wherever you vape, be considerate - this is how we change public opinion. And hopefully, people that don't vape will be as considerate to those who do.
